Description

Online International Diplomacy and Protocol Masterclass

Represent your country or your organisation in a seamlessly professional way.

What is The Online International Diplomacy and Protocol course all about?

This is an online training programme designed in collaboration with The African Institute of Protocol to teach you the in-depth diplomatic and ceremonial protocols necessary to host successful visits and events. It is geared towards the individual wishing to brush up on their knowledge or pursue a career in government, diplomacy and high-level events coordination.

Business interactions between countries and/or companies are an extremely sensitive affair, the stakes are high and margins for errors are catastrophic, if not handled correctly.

In fact without adherence to correct protocols, the potential for catastrophic errors is huge and one’s misconduct weighs heavily on the shoulders of those responsible.

Hey, I’m Courtenay Kleu.

I am your fun, kinda funny-looking facilitator (There’s a lazy eye there somewhere)  and the creator of courses such as Social Intelligence, Workplace Readiness, Virtual Meeting Etiquette, International Diplomacy and a couple more.

I have worked in Human Connection, high-level human performance, and Social Intelligence for the past 11 years, specialising in anything (and everything) related to these topics.

I am 36 years old, and I have started 3 successful businesses in the training industry, which I currently still own.

My primary training company, The School of Etiquette, has been referred to as 'The gold standard of etiquette'. Despite it sounding very precious, I quite simply help people feel comfortable in different social and professional environments. I specialise in Behaviour, communication and image.

I was born a chronically shy child, so socialising and sparkling, so to speak, wasn’t at the top of my priority list, so I know how it feels to avoid socialising. (kinda like trying to avoid COVID 19)

You could call me a survivor and an experienced one at that. I have learnt all the tricks of the trade, the shortcuts, the longcuts, the endless mazes, and the insightful labyrinths, and I have developed this course to ensure you learn all of these the right way, the first time, and the most efficiently possible.

I have passionately and painstakingly worked on these online course creations and development for the past 6 years and have trained this content, in fact, for the past 11 years. I have taught over 5,000 people, many of whom come from big corporations, multinationals, government organisations, and listed companies. I have also spent enough time taking other people’s online courses to know that what I have created with my blood, sweat and tears is something remarkable and worthy of pride, and it is for this very reason that you can feel confident in the quality of these courses. This course sits as evidence of my hard work, and best, it is good when I post it out into the world with my stamp of approval on it.

Best,

Courtenay Kleu
