How can dance change your mental statement?
Dervish is part of Islam from the 12th century. During the dance, from the music and the movement, the person can get into a different mental state. That helps to open up the mind and accept things that the very aware mind would close out or reject.
Why is it important?
To fulfill the sentence:
"Legyen meg a Te akaratod" = "Let the G*d's will comes to our life"
There are a lot of different ways to say the same thing.
"If we live and G*d wants, than this and this will happen."
It is hard to let it go. But to be alive, there are ways to accept it.
